A vegetable pizza with a peppery heat and savory garlic flavor from Cholula® Chili Garlic Hot Sauce. Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Prep | Serves 4 4 each Pizza Crusts, 12", par-baked 1 cup Pizza Sauce, prepared 1 cup Cholula® Chili Garlic Hot Sauce 6 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 1/3 cup Artichoke Hearts, drained, 1/8th sliced 3/4 cup Green Bell Peppers, 3/8" dice 1/2 cup Red Onion, julienne 1/2 cup Black Olive, slices 8 each Roma Tomatoes, 1/4" slices Procedure Service Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, cover crust with 1/4 cup pizza sauce and 1/4 cup Cholula. Swirl to mix sauces and spread evenly leaving a 1/2" border along the edges.
Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese, 1/3 cup artichoke hearts, 3 tablespoons peppers, 2 tablespoons onion, 2 tablespoons olives, and 2 sliced tomatoes.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut into wedges and serve. CHEF’s TIP!
