Smoky pulled pork and mozzarella cheese flatbread with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce.


  1. Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 flatbread with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2" border along edge.
  2. Cover with 1 cup mozzarella, 4 ounces pulled pork, and 3/4 cup onions.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 teaspoon cilantro. Serve hot.


Grilled chicken or steak work well as an alternate protein in this flatbread.
