Smoky pulled pork and mozzarella cheese flatbread with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce. Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Serves 4 4 each Flatbread Crust, 12", par-baked 2 cups Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce 1 quart Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 pound Pork Shoulder, braised or smoked, pulled 3 cups Red Onion, julienne 4 tsps Cilantro, whole leaves Procedure Service Set oven to 400°F. For each serving, spread 1 flatbread with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2" border along edge.
Cover with 1 cup mozzarella, 4 ounces pulled pork, and 3/4 cup onions.
Bake until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 teaspoon cilantro. Serve hot.
Grilled chicken or steak work well as an alternate protein in this flatbread.
