For the Hummus

  1. Combine hummus and McCormick Culinary Everything Seasoning.

For the Wrap

  1. In a large bowl marinate the zucchini, yellow squash, portobello mushrooms, bell peppers and eggplant in olive oil and McCormick Culinary Everything Seasoning for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill vegetables until they are well marked.
  3. Assemble each wrap by spreading the Everything Hummus on a wrap, add grilled vegetables and roll up.
