Classic Alfredo sauce with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.

  1. In a saucepan over medium low heat warm cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove from heat and add Parmesan. Stir until melted. Hold hot for service or cool completely and refrigerate until needed.
