Alfredo Sauce | McCormick For Chefs®

Classic Alfredo sauce with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Table Grind
4 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated

Procedure

In a saucepan over medium low heat warm cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and add Parmesan. Stir until melted. Hold hot for service or cool completely and refrigerate until needed.
