A traditional honey mustard sauce with an Indian-inspired twist.

  1. In a bowl combine mustard, honey, mayonnaise and curry powder. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

This sauce needs at least an hour to sit and allow the flavors to bloom before serving.

For a lighter version of this sauce replace mayonnaise with low fat Greek yogurt.
