A Pacific Island inspired BBQ glaze, infused with ginger and pineapple.

  1. In a bowl combine Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, and ginger in a bowl. Whisk until well blended. Hold refrigerated and heat for service.

 This glaze is versatile enough to be used as a glaze for ribs, chops, chicken breast, and seafood or even as a dressing for a refreshing Asian slaw.
