Lemongrass Sweet Chili Marinade | McCormick For Chefs®

The combine of Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds creates a delicious marinade.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
4 cups Red Onion, rough chop
1/4 cup Garlic, rough chop
2 tsps Kosher Salt
2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Table Grind
2 cups Franks ® Sweet Chili Sauce
8 stalks Lemongrass, white section, crushed
1/4 cup McCormick Culinary ® Sesame Seeds, White

Procedure

In blender combine red onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until mixture becomes a paste.
Add sweet chili sauce, lemongrass and sesame seeds. Blend until fully combined. Use for prep or refrigerate until needed.
