Crispy calamari with Buffalo cheese sauce for the perfect blend of flavor and heat™ and cheese!

  1. Hydrate herbs in warm water. Add to wing sauce.
  2. Whisk Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, Parmesan cheese and olive oil together. Blend with softened cream cheese. Remove, cover and keep refrigerated until needed. Heat to soften for service.
  3. For each serving, fry 12 oz. calamari per instructions and serve with 1/2 cup warm dip and 2 fresh lemon wedges.


This sauce is also the perfect dip for chips and fried vegetables.

Use this decadent dip as a spread for a fried fish or crispy chicken sandwich.
