Crispy calamari with Buffalo cheese sauce for the perfect blend of flavor and heat™ and cheese!
- Hydrate herbs in warm water. Add to wing sauce.
- Whisk Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, Parmesan cheese and olive oil together. Blend with softened cream cheese. Remove, cover and keep refrigerated until needed. Heat to soften for service.
- For each serving, fry 12 oz. calamari per instructions and serve with 1/2 cup warm dip and 2 fresh lemon wedges.
This sauce is also the perfect dip for chips and fried vegetables.
