Textures and interactive fun - a platter of cheeses infused with Alfredo sauce drizzled with Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and dotted with potato tots.

  1. Blend warm sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  2. For each order, place a heaping 1/2 cup of hot Alfredo sauce into a small service dish or boat. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Depp fry tots. Place 9 tots on sauce. Drizzle 2 tsp. Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce over entire dish.

CHEF’s TIP!

Serve fondue-style with freshly fried tots on toothpicks.
