Combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of the RedHot Seasoning in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Place milk and flour in separate bowls. Add remaining 2 teaspoons RedHot Seasoning to flour and stir to combine. Soak shrimp in milk and then coat with seasoned flour.
Heat 1 inch of oil in large skillet until hot. Add shrimp in batches and cook on each side until golden and cooked through.
Pour sauce over hot shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
