- Combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of the RedHot Seasoning in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Place milk and flour in separate bowls. Add remaining 2 teaspoons RedHot Seasoning to flour and stir to combine. Soak shrimp in milk and then coat with seasoned flour.
- Heat 1 inch of oil in large skillet until hot. Add shrimp in batches and cook on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour sauce over hot shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
