Need to work some Pumpkin Spice into your appetizer menu? Of course you do! When a latte just isn't cutting it, bring the perfect balance of flavor and heat® to add this fall flavor trend to wings for a tasty treat patrons will dare to order. 

Pumpkin Spice Glaze:

  1. Combine maple syrup, Frank's RedHot Seasoning, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, onion powder, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder and melted butter in a large stainless bowl. Whisk to incorporate.

Wing Prep:

  1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Cool completely, cover, and hold refrigerated for service.

Service:

  1. Set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, toss 1 pound of wings with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until well coated. Fry until golden brown.
  2. Drain wings and place into the large bowl with 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Glaze. Toss to coat. Serve hot alongside desired accompaniments.

Want a little more heat? Sprinkle with additional RedHot Original Seasoning before serving!
