A unique and fragrant dusted french fry with a smoky semi sweet dip. This is ideal for BBQ and grill houses and is a great foundation for a Smoked Cheddar & Beef Brisket Poutine.

Aioli Dip

  1. Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and Smoked Paprika. Hold refrigerated for service.

Fries

  1. Combine Smoked Paprika and garlic salt. Hold in a shaker.
  2. Dust freshly fried French fries generously with paprika garlic salt.
  3. Garnish each order with 1/2 teaspoon of parsley and 1/2 teaspoon parmesan.

Service

  1. Serve fries hot with 2 ounces of Aioli Dip.

CHEF’s TIP!

It's best to season fries in a mixing bowl immediately out of the fryer while they are hot and still damp with oil, so the seasoning adheres to the fry.
