Crispy fried wings tossed in the fruity sweet and slightly hot flavor of Frank's® RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce.

  1. Combine sweet chili sauce, orange juice, cilantro and basil; hold.
  2. For each serving deep-fry 9-10 wings in 350°F oil until cooked through and crispy, typically 10- 12 minutes. Drain well and toss with 1/3 cup of wing sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.

CHEF’s TIP!

With the addition of fresh herbs, this sauce has a 1-day shelf life.


If that won't work just use the orange juice to thin and garnish with fresh herbs.


This glaze is also wonderful on grilled seafood such as salmon, Mahi Mahi and rare seared tuna.


It makes a great dressing for Asian Slaw.


Serve these wings with a spicy peanut sauce dip made of 2 parts Sweet Chili Sauce, 1 part melted peanut butter and 1 part Frank's RedHot sauce.
