Coconut and Lychee Green Tea | McCormick For Chefs®

Cold brewed coconut water and green tea with lychee is just what the summer menu ordered!

Main Ingredients | Serves 4
2 eaches (11 ounces) Lychees, 11 ounce cans, in syrup
16 oz Coconut Water
8 bags Green Tea
2 tsps Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Imitation Coconut Extract
4 eaches Mint , fresh, picked, for garnish

Procedure

Combine all ingredients except the mint garnish in a large plastic container and let steep overnight.
Serve the drink with lychees and mint garnish.
