Breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, and cheese with character and heat delivered by Frank's buttery Buffalo wings sauce.

Service

  1. Set griddle to medium high. For each serving, scramble 2 eggs and warm tortilla on griddle.
  2. Cover center of tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese, 2 slices bacon and scrambled eggs. Top with 2 tablespoons Buffalo wings sauce.
  3. Roll tortilla from bottom, fold in the sides and roll tightly. Serve hot.

CHEF’s TIP!

This burrito can be wrapped in paper and served as a to-go item.

Also great with crumbled breakfast sausage, pulled pork, shredded roasted chicken thigh or any leftover smoked meats.
