Recipe Details

Melted Swiss cheese, scrambled eggs, pulled pork in Buffalo wings sauce, topped with blue cheese and celery. 

Prep

  1. In a bowl toss together pulled pork and Buffalo sauce. Hold refrigerated, heat for service.

Service

  1. For each serving, split and toast one bagel. Butter each side of the bagel with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Place a slice of swiss cheese on each half. Melt cheese under a broiler.
  2. In a sauté pan, scramble two eggs. Place over cheese on bottom half of bagel. Top with 2 oz of hot Buffalo pulled pork and garnish with 1/2 teaspoon of celery and 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese. Place top of bagel over pork. Serve hot.

CHEF’s TIP!

Replace the pulled pork in this recipe with pulled chicken or even brisket.
