Add the flavor of aged cayenne pepper sauce to cream cheese for a wonderful compliment to smoked salmon and bagels. The rich creaminess of this perennial brunch favorite just begs the flavor of Buffalo.

  1. Combine Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce and cream cheese; reserve refrigerated till needed.
  2. To assemble each serving, spread 1 heaping tablespoon cream cheese mixture on half of bagel, top with 3 oz. of smoked salmon, 3 red onion rings, 1/4 tsp. capers, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a pinch of black pepper as needed.
  3. Serve open faced.
