Grilled panini packed with bacon, eggs, crispy onions, melted provolone and Buffalo Wing sauce.
- In a bowl combine crispy onions and Buffalo wings sauce and toss until onions are evenly coated. Hold ambient and reserve for service.
- Set panini press to medium high. For each serving, top heel of one baguette with 2 pieces of cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup onion and wing sauce mix, 2 slices bacon, and 2 more pieces of cheese. Finish with top of baguette.
- Brush both sides of sandwich with a tablespoon of butter. Grill in a panini press until warmed through and cheese melts. Cut in half and serve hot.
Don’t have a panini press? Use a griddle with a hot steak weight to create the same effect.
