Hash browns loaded with cheddar cheese and topped with French's® Crispy Fried Onions.

  1. Set griddle to medium heat. For each serving, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Place 2 cups hash browns on butter and season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Griddle each side, flipping when golden brown. Top with 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and melt.
  3. Remove from griddle and top with 1/4 cup crispy fried onions, 2 tablespoons scallions and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Serve hot.

Top with breakfast proteins such as bacon, sausage, eggs, or even spam to make this a more filling entrée.
