A sweet and savory mustard bacon sauerkraut with French's® Crispy Fried Onions served overtop a grilled Bratwurst on a pretzel roll.
Mustard Molasses Vinaigrette
- In a bowl combine mustard, vinaigrette and molasses until well mixed. Refrigerate until service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill one bratwurst until reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Toast pretzel roll.
- Place grilled bratwurst inside toasted pretzel roll. Top with 1/4 cup of saurkraut and 1 tablespoon bacon. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette and finish with 1/4 cup of fried onions. Serve hot.
