Set grill or flat top griddle to medium-high. For each serving, season 1 burger patty with 1 1/2 teaspoons Hamburger Seasoning and grill to desired doneness. Butter both sides of 1 bun with 1/2 teaspoon butter and grill until golden brown.
Top patty with 1/4 cup crispy onions, drizzle with 2 tablespoons Cholula, and cheese. Place under cheese melter or broiler to melt the cheese.
Plate bottom of bun and top with burger. Top with 3 halves of bacon. Serve open-faced with top bun dressed with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, 3 avocado slices, 2 onion rings, and 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
