A toasted 9-Grain bun is spread with light aioli that's laced with French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard, and McCormick Culinary® Smoked Paprika for a unique and delicious flavor twist.  Top with lettuce and a grilled chicken breast covered in caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes for an elevated chicken sandwich offering on the menu.

Smoky Mustard Aioli:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Hold refrigerated for service. Yields 1-1/4 cups.

Sandwich Build:

  1. Combine caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes; set aside. Spread top and bottom buns with 1-1/2 Tbsp. each Smoked Mustard Aioli. Top with lettuce and grilled chicken

CHEF’s TIP!

This aioli can also be made with a 50:50 blend of light mayo and Greek yogurt for greater wellness appeal.


Inexpensive onion and aioli replace the need for cheese on the sandwich.


This aioli can be thinned with skim milk or fresh lime juice to create a signature salad dressing.
