Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Main Recipe | Serves 4 4 eaches Flour Tortillas, Large, 12" 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded 8 eaches Eggs, Scrambled 8 oz Pulled Pork, Prepared 1/2 cup Red Onion, Slivers, Pickled (optional) 1/2 cup Ranchero BBQ Sauce 1 each Avocado, Sliced 2 tbsps Fresh Cilantro, Leaves Procedure For the Burritos Warm each tortilla on a medium grill covered with 1/4 cup cheese to melt.
