- Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place pork belly into a 2" full hotel pan.
- Combine barbecue sauce, maple seasoning, and maple syrup. Pour mixture over pork.
- Cover and braise for 2 1/2 hours.
- Cool enough to cut and serve with Smokehouse Maple Black-Eyes-n-Bacon (refer to McCormick for Chefs recipe).
