Recipe Details

  1. For the potatoes: Cover potatoes with at least 1" of water in a large saucepot. Salt water heavily and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, warm the butter, cream cheese, and milk together.
  3. For the steak and green beans: Preheat grill to medium high. Coat the steaks with oil and crust on all sides with 1/4 cup Everything Seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Sauté green beans in butter until bright green. Season with remaining teaspoon of everything seasoning.
  5. To serve, plate warm potatoes along side the steak and seasoned green beans.
