  1. Chipotle BBQ Chimichurri:Mix all ingredients and serve fresh within 1 day.
  2. To Build Steak:Grill flank steak to desired temperature. Drizzle with Chipotle BBQ Chimichurri. Serve with wood-fired seasonal vegetables.

This fresh sauce could be base for vinaigrette dressing with the addition of more olive oil and lemon juice or light prepared vinaigrette.
