A refreshing sweet and light barbecued chicken breast that leverages the consumer's growing interest in Korean foods and their belief that grilled Asian foods can be better for you.
- To make Miso BBQ glaze: Blend Cattlemen's® Memphis Sweet® BBQ Sauce , miso paste, water and lemon juice together. Mix well.
- Marinate chicken in 2 cups BBQ Glaze for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, refrigerated. Grill chicken untill fully cooked, basting frequently with glaze.
- To serve, cut chicken into medallions and place on plate with 2 bok choy leaves and 1/2 cup of rice. Serve hot.
This BBQ Miso glaze is also wonderful on pork and seafood and it makes a delightful stir-fry sauce.
