Recipe Details

An Asian-inspired pizza made with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce thinned with pineapple juice, soy sauce and spiked fresh ginger. Covered with diced chicken thigh meat and topped with Mozzarella and slivered red onion. Baked and finished with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Combine Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce, ginger, pineapple and soy sauce. Spread onto crust leaving 1/2-inch border along the edges.
  2. Top with cheese, chicken and onions.
  3. Bake 8-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut into 8 wedges. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
