Tender juicy pulled pork shoulder is tossed with a blend of Cattlemen’s® Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ™ Sauce, apple juice, apple cider vinegar and Frank's® RedHot® Original. The decadence is covered with cheese and baked. Serve with creamy coleslaw and chopped dill pickle.

  1. For Carolina Pulled Pork Blend: Blend Cattlemen's with apple juice, vinegar and Frank's. Toss with pork and heat. Yields 7 cups.
  2. To Assemble Pizza: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Spread crust with sauced pork and top with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  3. Cut pizza into 8 wedges. Garnish each slice with chopped dill pickles and a heaping tablespoon of coleslaw.
