Try this flavor twist on a classic, creamy slaw that's got contemporary flavors of fennel, apple and Frank's RedHot Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce, adding character and depths of flavor to this sensational slaw!  Our tantalizing slaw is craveable crunch and flavor munch atop our Smoky Brisket with Apple Fennel Slaw.

For the Apple Fennel Slaw:

  1. Mix sugar, celery seed and vinegar in a bowl to dissolve sugar.
  2. Combine with mayonnaise, Frank's, fennel and apple.
  3. Toss with shredded cabbage and green onion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

CHEF’s TIP!

This recipe yields 10-1/3 cup servings.

Its best to freshly shred the fennel and slice the apple directly into the dressing just before making the slaw so neither will oxidize, if your slaw requires a longer shelf life.
