A Texas inspired sauce featuring honey mustard and the sweet flavor of ancho chile powder.

  1. In a sauce pot over low heat combine honey mustard, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, ancho pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk to blend.
  2. Heat until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Hold refrigerated for service.

A great spread for burgers, sandwiches and wraps. Makes a fantastic dipping sauce for fried sides as well!
