 A smoky twist on a classic romesco with roasted red peppers, almonds, garlic and Cattlemen’s® Original BBQ Sauce

  1. In a blender combine BBQ Sauce, peppers, tomatoes, almonds, vinegar, garlic and smoked paprika. Blend until smooth. Hold refrigerated for service.

This sauce can be pureed smooth or left slightly more chunky.
