A cravable sauce for chicken, pork, game or full flavored seafood is made from caramelized minced onions, a natural stock of choice, Cattlemen’s Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce and just a hint of unsweetened chopped Oregon Cherries.

  1. Sauté onions in butter. Continue cooking to caramelize.
  2. Add stock with cherries and juice. Cook to reduce slightly. Add Cattlemen’s and combine.
  3. Hold at room temperature for service and refrigerate nightly.
