Recipe Details

Chopped dark cherries and buttery caramelized onions in bourbon infused BBQ Sauce. 

  1. In a heavy bottom pan melt butter. Add onions and sauté until caramelized.
  2. Add stock with cherries and juice. Cook to reduce slightly. Add Cattlemen’s, combine and heat.
  3. Hold refrigerated for service. Heat as needed.
