Sweet and sticky caramelized onions.

  1. Set oven to 400˚F. In a bowl toss onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Place onions on a parchment lined sheet tray. Just prior to service, roast until caramelized and sticky. Hold warm for service.
