A sweet, smoky, and tangy BBQ sauce featuring Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold and Smokehouse BBQ Rub.

  1. In a heavy bottom pan over low heat combine apricots and water. Simmer until most of the water is absorbed to hydrate apricots. Remove from heat.
  2. In a blender or food processor combine apricots with remaining water and seasoning. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add Carolina BBQ and Smokehouse Rub. Pulse until well blended. Hold refrigerated for prep or service.


Use this glaze on grilled or roasted salmon and pork. 

For a spicy kick consider adding Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
