Dijon mustard, chimichurri and mayonnaise create a herbacious aioli.

  1. In a bowl combine parsley, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, red pepper, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Fold into chimichurri until fully incorporated. Hold refrigerated for service.
