A classic vinaigrette dressing emulsified with tangy yellow mustard.

  1. In a blender combine vinegar, mustard, molasses, salt and pepper. Blend until fully incorporated.
  2. Add oil slowly, blend until full combined. Hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

Combine this dressing with mayonnaise to make a nice spread for hot dogs, sausages, bratwursts, or burgers.

Blend with butter to make a great accompaniment for pretzel rolls.
