Combine Cattlemen's® Mississippi Honey BBQ® Sauce and pomegranate flavored Craisins poached in cranberry pomegranate juice and pureed.

  1. Combine Craisins with juice. Simmer to reduce by ¼.
  2. Add BBQ Sauce and puree in a blender for a few seconds. Leave some texture in the Craisins.

CHEF’s TIP!

For a thinner glaze just cut with additional juice or water.


This is also an excellent sauce made with Cattlemen’s ® Memphis Sweet ® or Kansas City Classic® BBQ Sauce.


Variations of this sauce can be achieved with most any fruit and fruit juice.


Try this recipe with blueberries and white grape or apple juice.


Fruit infused BBQ sauces are also wonderful on chicken, wild game or full flavored seafood.
