A sweet, tart and fruity BBQ sauce. 

  1. In a heavy bottom pot over medium heat add pomegranate juice and dried cranberries. Bring to a simmer to plump berries and reduce by a quarter.
  2. In a blender combine juice, berries, and BBQ sauce. Pulse to combine, sauce should still have texture. Hold refrigerated and warm for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

For a thinner glaze just cut with additional juice.
