Recipe Details

A creamy blend of coconut, tomato, ginger, soy and a touch of cayenne pepper heat. 

  1. In a bowl combine coconut milk and sugar. Whisk well to dissolve sugar.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and mayonnaise and whisk to blend well. Hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

Use as an Asian slaw dressing, dip for dim sum or dressing on an Asian inspired salad or wrap.

For a thicker spread or dipping sauce reduce the coconut milk.
