A tomato based sauce with a fruity finish of figs and sherry. Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce delivers the flavors of garlic, ginger and warm Indian spices.

  1. In a sauce pan combine figs, sherry and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for a few minutes until figs are soft. Cool slightly.
  2. Transfer to a blender and puree. Add Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce and blend to incorporate. Hold refrigerated for service.
