A rich and meaty Worcestershire steak sauce blended with Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce.

 

  1. In a sauce pot over medium heat, combine raisins and balsamic vinegar. Heat until raisins are hydrated.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, and garlic to pot. Use a stick blender to puree until smooth.
  3. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly. Hold hot for service or refrigerate until needed.

CHEF’s TIP!

This sauce is an excellent pairing with a cast iron seared steak or as a marinade for other meats like pork or chicken.
