A chunky blend of smoky Chipotle BBQ Sauce and charred wood-fired tomatoes

  1. Drain tomatoes but do not rinse. Place tomatoes on a cutting board and roughly chop.
  2. In a bowl combine Chipotle BBQ and tomatoes. Stir until well mixed. Hold refrigerated until needed, serve hot or cold.

CHEF’s TIP!

This sauce can be left chunky or pulsed in a food processor for just a few seconds to cut the tomato dice size down.
