A signature breakfast spread that marries maple syrup with Dijon mustard.

  1. In a non-stick saucepan combine maple syrup and brown sugar. Stir to blend.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until reduced to a glaze-like consistency. Cool.
  3. In a bowl combine reduced syrup, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Whisk to blend. Hold refrigerated for service.
