- In a non-stick saucepan combine maple syrup and brown sugar. Stir to blend.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until reduced to a glaze-like consistency. Cool.
- In a bowl combine reduced syrup, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Whisk to blend. Hold refrigerated for service.
