Recipe Details

A BBQ sauce infused with real smoky beef flavors, ancho pepper and a subtle cocoa finish. 

  1. In a heavy bottom pot combine stock, cocoa powder and ancho pepper. Heat to simmer whisking to combine flavors.
  2. Add Cattlemen's and combine. Hold hot for service or refrigerate and reheat for service.

The use of pan drippings from the smoker or a roasting pan adds fresh complimentary and natural flavors.
