The aged cayenne pepper heat and flavor of Frank's Buffalo wings sauce and the warm Moroccan spices of cinnamon, cumin, coriander, ginger, cardamom, pepper, turmeric, mellowed with the creaminess of hummus.

  1. In a bowl mix together Buffalo wings sauce, hummus, and Moroccan seasoning. Hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

For a thicker and milder sauce increase the hummus. Also blend with mayonnaise for a Moroccan aioli. 

Use as a wing glaze, on grilled pork and chicken or try it on this Spicy Tangier Chicken & Egg Skillet!
