This sauce is wonderful on pulled chicken thigh meat in sandwiches, quesadillas or burritos.


Its also very nice on chicken Carnitas or as a sauce over smoked or roasted chicken.


To make a Ranchero BBQ sauce for pork or beef, just replace the chicken pan drippings with pan drippings from roasting or smoking beef or pork.
