A Texas inspired sauce featuring honey mustard and the sweet flavor of ancho chile powder.

- In a sauce pot over low heat combine honey mustard, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, ancho pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk to blend.
- Heat until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Hold refrigerated for service.
Chef's Tip!
A great spread for burgers, sandwiches and wraps. Makes a fantastic dipping sauce for fried sides as well!
