Cattlemen's Carolina Tangy Gold BBQ Sauce with the addition of Cattlemen's Smokehouse rub & apricot.

  1. Dice dried apricot. Combine with 1/4 cup water. in a small sauce pan over low heat simmer the apricots for 15 minutes.
  2. Puree the mixture in a blender you should end up with a 1/2 cup of apricot puree'
  3. With a whisk and a bowl combine the 1/2 cup apricot puree with two cups of Carolina Gold. Add the Smokehouse seasoning and stir to combine
