This versatile sauce adds richness to pasta, sandwiches, and can be used as a dip! Make a big batch and chill for service. 

  1. Place roasted peppers, almonds, garlic, sherry vinegar, smoked paprika, cayenne, black pepper and salt in the pitcher of a blender.
  2. Blend on high, slowly drizzling in extra virgin olive oil. Transfer to a holding vessel and refrigerate.
  3. Serve had a dip for an appetizer, a finishing sauce, or a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
