Hollandaise laced with Frank's Sriracha.
To make hollandaise in a blender, blend egg yolks and lemon juice while slowly drizzling in hot butter (160°F). Finish with Sriracha. This recipe pairs perfectly with this Chicken & Egg Sandwich!
